Bio Gemma Palmer

We are very excited to welcome Gemma back onboard.

She will be able to offer a limited number of bespoke Pilates appointments.

Gemma joined the team here at Wootton Chiropractic Clinic in December 2018 after many years of teaching Pilates at Watchbell House natural therapy centre.

Over the years Gemma’s practice has evolved significantly and she has developed a special interest all aspects surrounding:

• Ehlers-Danlos syndrome / Hypermobility
• Pregnancy
• Postnatal conditions

Gemma is a mother of three and has historically worked as a Doula. From this, she has a greater understanding of conditions surrounding childbirth.

With Pilates - Gemma only works with patients on a 1-1 basis who are referred directly to her from medical professionals. She works closely with both the practitioners and patient ensuring that they gain the optimum results from their treatment plan.

Duration of appointment: 1 hour.
Cost per session: £60.00

Tarot Reading

Gemma is also a very experienced Tarot reader and has been working with this for many years.

Cost per reading: £60.00

It is a well known fact that our mental well being is connected to our physical well being.

Going forward, she is now offering Tarot readings from the clinic.

By being able to work within the realms of both the mental and physical well being of patients, Gemma is now able offer a more holistic approach to her work.
