A statement from the team:
Firstly – we would like to thank you for taking the time to read this information. There will be a few changes made to the clinic during this unprecedented period. With this in mind, please be assured, you will still receive the same standard of treatment. These changes have been made to ensure the safety of patients, practitioners, our families and the greater community.
All of the practitioners and staff will be wearing PPE.
Since the beginning of this situation, we have been and are being guided by our governing bodies and Public Health England. We will continue to follow the protocols of best practice.
Like many clinical organisations in this situation, we will guarantee to do our utmost to ensure the safety of every person that enters the building and we have implemented everything we can, to enable us to follow best practice.
Who can / cannot have chiropractic care?
Any patient who is in the “at risk” category, such as: Over 70 years of age, Pregnant, or has any underlying health condition, we are unable to treat at this time. Please contact our team before making an appointment.
What changes have we made?
If you haven’t recently been in contact with a member of our team, you may receive a call the day before your appointment. This is standard practice. It is to ensure that it is necessary for you to come to the practice for chiropractic care.
As mentioned above, all staff members will be wearing PPE.
During this time, all appointments have been scheduled with extra time either side. This enables safe social distancing and time for practitioners to facilitate the cleanliness of the clinic, ready for the next patient.
They will deliberately keep their distance from you, please do not be offended by this, (it is totally alien to us too).
What we ask of our patients…
That everybody entering the clinic washes their hands immediately.
Please do not arrive too early for your appointment.
If you have a face mask, please bring it with you. We have disposable ones onsite for our patients, but doing our bit – it is kinder to the planet if we do not use these unnecessarily.
We also ask that you vacate the building as promptly as possible after your appointment. This is to enable minimal time in the building.
If further conversations need to happen after your appointment, we will ensure that this is done over the telephone.
